Check or money order payments can be put through the "GOLD KEY NIGHT DEPOSIT" slot outside at any time. Please make sure your name or address is on the payment.

Rental payment will only be accepted in our lobby in the form of check or money order. We do not have the ability to take cards.

YOU WILL BE SENT AWAY IF YOU BRING CASH FOR RENT!

Application Fees and Key Deposits may still be in cash. If you'd like to be set up to make online rental payments, talk to a staff member.

In order to guarantee less waiting time for guests, and proper time to sign paperwork and answer any questions, we are now asking tenants to schedule an appointment to complete

a new lease.

If you are coming to collect utility paperwork, as well, please call ahead so we can have that ready for your arrival.

To help our staff process guests in our lobby most efficiently, we are now asking that maintenance requests be submitted in writing rather than adding more time to already lengthy payment processing or other window functions.

Cards will be provided in the lobby to collect your name, address, and the nature of your maintenance needs, and a team member will process the request when received.

Maintenance can also be submitted through the tenant portal at any time.
